We are quickly becoming the largest development/remodeling company in and around the Alle-Kiski region, which means we have room for growth! We have a number of remodeling projects owned by our company that need to be completed as well as a full schedule of retail clients!
We started this program to help people learn new life skills - and get paid to do it! We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to learn a trade, or even many trades, so that they can possess marketable and high demand skills in our current job market. This unique opportunity will allow you to find skills that you enjoy and are good at. We also believe in helping you discover those things and give you the opportunity to perfect and showcase those skills. This opportunity is open to anyone over the age of 18 that can meet the requirements below.
The 2 Year Apprenticeship Program is designed to give candidates a working knowledge of the following areas of construction and remodeling:
The Right Individual would possess the following qualification base:
Job Type: Apprenticeship, Min. 32 hours per week up to max. of 48 hours per week.
Wages: Starting pay is $13.00/hour with raises after set number of hours and milestone tests are completed. Program end pay is $17+/hr. Those who complete the program will receive full time contract offers at their current rate or above.
FREE Tool Program: When you complete the program, you will have not only acquired a marketable skill set but will also have the tools you need to showcase your skills. You will be provided a tool belt with basic hand tools for day to day responsibilities on your first day. As you achieve milestones and on the job training hours, you will receive additional hand and power tools. When you complete the apprenticeship program, the tools are yours to keep. If you do not complete the program, the tools must be returned to the company.

- Flooring Repair and Installation
- Basic Concrete and Hardscape
- Basic Masonry
The Right Individual would possess the following qualification base:
- A valid drivers license and vehicle.
- Over age 18
- The ability to lift and move 75 pounds and meet the physical requirements of a remodeling project.
- Dependability and a GREAT attitude/morale
- Desire to succeed and improve
- The ability to follow instructions.
