Ideal candidates will have already had a crew leader position for a general contractor, owned their own business, come from a custom home building background, or have extensive experience with new construction project management.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: To be determined based on knowledge and experience. This will be an hourly position with a competitive bonus structure. Salary packages also available with bonus structure.

The Right Individual would possess the following knowledge base:
- General Carpentry - Rough and Finish
- Roofing, Siding, Soffit and Fascia
- Door and window installation
- Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel - especially tile installation
- Painting Interior and Exterior
- Drywall Finishing and Repair
- Residential Plumbing and Electrical Knowledge
- Flooring Repair and Installation
- Basic Concrete and Hardscape
- Basic Masonry
- Subcontractor Supervision
The Right Individual would possess the following qualification base:
- High school diploma and at least 10 years construction experience with at least 1 year management experience
- The ability to complete tasks and manage a crew of 2-5 laborers to complete the following:
- Proven ability to manage project operations and profitability.
- Time management skills.
- Problem solving strategies and skills.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- A valid drivers license and truck.
- Own your own hand and power tools. Other equipment (ladders, stages, concrete mixers, etc) provided by company.
- Good mathematical skills and reasoning abilities.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain schedules and reports on electronic devices as necessary.
- The ability to lift and move 75 pounds and meet the physical requirements of a remodeling project.
- Dependability and a GREAT attitude/morale
- The ability to follow instructions
